Worst Experience Ever

We originally bought a Kitchenaid online on June 3rd. The installation was scheduled for Saturday, June 11. We were given a window between 4 -8 PM. They called at 8:00 PM to say they were running late. They show up at 9:30 PM Measure our opening and tell us we are an 1/8 of an inch short on 1 side and will need to buy a different brand. We then went to the store and bought a Bosch to replace the existing Bosch we had.We requested a Saturday delivery again and they scheduled us for Friday. I called and had that corrected to the 18th then I get an email it is being installed on Saturday the 25th.Once again I have to call to get it corrected. On the 18th they call and tell us the installer had a family emergency so they would have to cancel and reschedule for the next Saturday the 25th.We then get another email that it is scheduled for the 27th.Once again I call to get it corrected to Saturday. Final straw they call and tell us the dishwasher is not at the warehouse so they are cancelling again. After spending the entire day on the phone we found that the dishwasher was at the correct warehouse just in the wrong Aisle and they could not pick it up so we would have to reschedule. Needless to say we cancelled our purchase and Best Buy has lost us as a customer due to the 3rd party installation team that they contract with.
