Cavity warped, took 4 months for a refund of money

The best the tech could figure out is the cavity inside my microwave warped, causing the turntable not to seat and slide all over the microwave. It took 3 tech calls to figure this out over a 3 month period to figure this out.
It took me over a month from the time the tech was here the 3rd time to finally get the paperwork for a refund of some money (not all of what I paid). I probably spent 5-6 hours on the phone, to get hung up on, not called back and tickets closed. Their "executive service" is a joke, the lady said she'd help me through e-mail since she could see I kept calling and then wouldn't respond. Finally had to put a nasty post on facebook regarding their service to get somebody to push the paperwork through. Product worked great besides the turntable issue, but if you want good customer service look elsewhere. You will be nothing but disappointed and frustrated if you have to deal with Samsung.
