6.5 plenty. The cord WAS included in gas version

Works fine. As many point out, it's basic, simple.
I did not visit the store, bought on-line. I had thought it might be somewhat smaller inside than my old dryer, because the capacity is only 6.5 cu. ft., while many on the website are 7.0 or 7.5. It's quite a bit larger inside than my old dryer, which i had presumed was the size of most dryers. Maybe that was the case 20 years ago. Before you decide against this on the basis of capacity, take a look in the store and you may find it plenty large.
Opening the "specifications" drop down menu on the Best Buy page for this gas dryer, it reads, "Power Cord Included - No," but mine did come with a power cord installed. No power cord may well be the case for the electric version.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, decent price, but did NOT come with a jewel case even though listing specifically said so in multiple places. That's false advertising.

do you haul away old dryer
Delivery was free since over $399. I ordered haul away for $14.99. If you don't purchase the installation and order only delivery, you must have the old one disconnected for them to haul away for $14.99. Free Delivery and $14.99 haul away do not include installation or disconnecting the old one.
