Where's my Goldberg?

I preordered this game from Best Buy Pearland back in Sept using my husband's account and a coupon he had. The good - I saved $35; the bad - I went to pick it up and it took 30 minutes for them "to find the box" but it doesn't have the bonus code for Goldberg. They say I'll get an email after the fact with a dlc but I'm still waiting for that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
