Get around easily with this Swagtron smart board. This personal transporter has two riding modes that let you choose the speed that's right for you, and it uses a Smart Battery system that monitors issues such as overheating to prevent it from malfunctioning. STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 WEEKS!!

I am so furious right now! After only 3 weeks of receiving our Swagtron T3 ($528 after taxes), it was unable to turn on. My son took excellent care of it, followed all operating/maintenance/charing instructions to a T and he only used it in the house. I was so upset that such as expensive unit broke so soon and for no apparent reason. We called Swagway tech support and they told us we had to fill out an RMA online and send it to them to get fixed. Since we purchased it through Best Buy, Swagway refused to send us a prepaid shipping label and said we had to pay to ship it to them. We asked to speak to a manager or anyone that could assist us further but they said emailing support@swagway.com was the only option which we did but they also denied my request for a prepaid shipping label. We were helpless and had to pay $52 ($46+$6 insurance) to send it back. 2 weeks later, we just received it back (Video below). We charged it and turned it on. My son immediately noticed that although the power turned on, the blue power lights showing charging status, were not lit up correctly. And then we noticed that the red and green lights were not lighting up in the front and back but instead one amber light. Also the bluetooth isn't connecting. It came back with more problems then we sent it with! I called tech support again and with no compassion or understanding they simply said fill out an RMA and pay to return it again!! I asked again to speak to a manager so that I can simply get a new stable and reliable unit even if it isn't the T3 or to be reimbursed for the product because obviously this new T3 model has a lot of issues. She (her name is Jasmine) said there was no manager there and that she was a supervisor but could not do anything. She said I should again email tech support and write attention SUSAN which is the manager there. I am doing that now but I have a feeling that I will receive the same response I have been. This has been a horrible experience for my son and I. My son wasn't able to enjoy his Swagtron for even a month and now having to possibly spend another $52 making the total for shipping $104 and add on the $528 I spent on the unit, this is just infuriating.

MANAGER GEORGE FROM BEST BUY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I am updating this post. After getting nowhere with Swagtron, I contacted Best Buy directly. After venting to a Best Buy agent about my horrible experience with Swagtron, the agent suggested that I go to the closest Best Buy and see what they can do for me. I called a Best Buy that carried the same model and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with George from the Long Island City branch in on Northern Blvd. I explained the situation and he told me to come right in and ask for him. I did so, with my son and after checking the order and verifying some other things he immediately exchanged the faulty Swagtron for a brand new Swagtron. My son who is very shy asked if he could hug or give him a hand shake. He was so happy. I have been a Best Buy customer for some time but the kind of service and attention that George gave us has now made my family and myself, LIFETIME LOYAL CUSTOMERS! Thank you George! We hope that the 1st T3 we had was just a faulty unit and that it's not the model that's bad but knowing we have Best Buy standing by us means everything, especially to my son who is whizzing around right now connecting Bluetooth and music to his WORKING hoverboard!!!!
