Freezer doesn't keep food frozen

Despite multiple attempts at trying to change the amount of food or the freezer settings, we couldn't get the freezer to keep ice cream frozen. We have put the freezer on the coldest temperature and it still doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
