Very Worried

Bought the laptop about a week ago. Very pleased with the unit for the first 6 days. BUT now, the fan continuously runs and the base of the laptop is so warm that you can not leave it on your lap and this is without the unit being plugged in. This happened after a software update from Dell. Called Dell support about this issue with no help. Very Concerned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
