My star rating is based on two things....a) on the product.....I have Toyota Sienna. I bought this product online and went to store to pick-up/schedule appointment for installation. To my surprise, store folks told me that I will have to buy additional $200 worth of kit. Even with that, I will have 2 remotes, One that comes with the vehicle and another one just to remote start (this product).....Sure no one like to carry two remote in their key chain. I ended up walked away not picking up the product
b) How is being sold....On the Best Buy site, the product is sold with GeekSqad installation as "Free". But in the invoice, BB will split the dollar for some kit $88, some email instruction $22 etc. Neither I picked up the product, not I used the installation. When my order was cancelled, I received only partial refund.. only for the product. Nothing returned back for those GeekSqad charges ...until I called Best Buy. Best Buy system is broken when they have to refund product sold with after services. (e.g. When I cancel my refrigerator order before it was delivered, I would expect the delivery charges refunded automatically, and not expecting me to call back to get that refunded)

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
