I've read a ton of the negative reviews before buying.
it's very quiet i dont even hear a hum from this bad boy, my only complaint being they haven't dished out the dolby vision update yet. But the 4k HDR looks stunning

Let me say I'd rate a 4.5 but ratings wont allow for 1/2 stars. Thought long and hard before making the switch from LED to OLED. Overall I am pleased. Colors are a clear step up from LED. I replaced a 55" Samsung 240mhz 8 series with the 65" OLED C7. I was however expecting to see a greater improvement in clarity. Don't get me wrong. There is no issue with clarity just that I was hoping for greater separation with the OLED. Some have said it is more difficult to maintain same levels of clarity as you go up in TV size. I should also admit that I've done a little customizing of the settings but haven't dove heavily into it yet. I'm not a gamer or blue ray. Watching cable (ATT GigaPower), Netflix and sports (NHL and eventually NFL). Fort what it's worth I've find the HDR setting to be the best for NHL as the other settings seem to have trouble with puck blur on high speed shots.

Got this as an open box with the purchase of LG OLED TV. Was hesitant as several reviews complained of loud noise when watching Sony 4k disks. So far have watched 2 Sony 4k disks and a couple other movies with no problem. One complaint, as other reviews have noted, is that it only has YouTube and Netflix apps. Wish it had more, but mainly use apps on my TV anyway. Very basic menu and not a lot of bells and whistles with this LG (why only 4 stars), but does everything I need it to. I also got an additional 20.00 off the open box price by asking sales rep if they could give me a bundle deal as I was buying LG OLED TV as well. Great Job BEST BUY!
