Get a phone that moves as fast as you do with the Google Pixel XL. It has a quad-core processor, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of memory to ensure peak performance, and easy cloud storage frees up space automatically. Take photos on the 12.3-megapixel rear camera, and use the LED flash on this Google Pixel XL light up the room.

Top notch picture - Beats more expensive sets!

Highly recommended for anyone who knows their stuff, not just wanting a glossy image with an overcontrasted, oversaturated picture for football season.
The black levels are near impossible to beat unless you go with an OLED set (which start at around $1900 at this time). Other brands I tried, such as LG, couldn't compete. Their blacks were more like dark greys - unacceptable.
This set also "just works". The wifi works (no buffering like the LG), and the HDMI ARC just works (I think the LG ARC was only compatible with LG soundbars) so I can actually use my Sony soundbar.
The keyboard on the remote is a plus, especially when setting up accounts for the smart features like Netlifx.

So far I'm liking this better than the $2500 Surface Book I exchanged it for.
Unlike the sBook, you still have all your ports available while in tablet mode. It weighs almost1.5 pounds more as a tablet than the sBook, but the screen is also larger & no chance of losing a detached keyboard.
I've had a few hiccups since unboxing. To begin with, the system looked to have been used. This seems to be a Best Buy issue in general, as the sBook had also been logged in when unboxed. I'm not very happy about either of these occurrences! I had to reimage both systems before I could begin using... hours wasted.
Also, the display driver crashes... twice so far. I hope the latest bios update I downloaded via the HP support tool will stop this from happening I'm the future.
Another thing worth noting is that this screen accumulated fingerprints like crazy. I didn't have that issue on the sBook. Perhaps there is a coating HP could use to prevent this? I'll be looking into screen protectors in the hope of solving this problem. It's embarrassing to do a presentation on this HP when it looks so dirty! My hands are not overly oily & I don't use moisturizers, so there's no excuse.
Finally, the USB & HDMI ports go to sleep after 10 seconds of inactivity. This is bad news during a presentation (or just using an external hard drive). I cannot find the setting that controls this, so I'll have to stop by Geek Squad & see if they can help. More time wasted unfortunately...

I had an active stylus on a tablet way back in 2003, and that was a great experience. Fast forward to today... I am extremely disappointed.
In HP's defense, it does work. But you should know that it doesn't work as you would expect. You have to press REALLY hard on the screen to activate the "ink", and it makes an audible click at that point. I feel like this pressure will some day break the screen. Also, there is a button near where you hold the pen - that is the eraser button! So about half the time you're accidentally erasing those precious lines you just drew!
Perhaps this would be a novel item for first time stylus users? But for graphics pros or seasoned stylus users... it's a huge disappointment.
Returning this one ASAP for the Dell pen which gets better reviews online.

Does it come with batteries?
No mention of type of battery used. One review mentioned installing batteries but no mention of type or number. So, are batteries supplied with pen or do they have to be purchased before pen will work?
Yes, it should come with an AAAA battery in the box, which you have to load.
