The 4K technology in this Sony 4K HDR TV produces coloring similar to natural lighting.

Terrible customer service, ARC does not work

Everything was working well for the first 4 months and then the audio to the Bowers and Wilkins Panorama2 died. Went to the local Magnolia store who sent out technicians with a new Sound Bar only to find out that the TV is the problem
I was told that for the TV, I would have to call Sony for any repairs. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Sony Tech service and at the end, they finally agreed to send a tech out as they said there is a problem with Audio Return Channel.
I received a call a few days later stating that the parts are on back order. 3 weeks later, the parts were finally in. Trying to schedule a time for the repair is very difficult. Basically 10AM-1PM window Monday through Friday.
Tech was supposed to come today after i took the day off from work. I received a call at 9:30AM saying he couldn't make it as the other tech was not certified. The TV is too heavy for one man to work on. This is after I pulled the TV off the wall mount. Now it's sitting on the floor waiting for repair. I guess I'll have to take another day off!

Service Tech cancelled for a secon time today!!!!!

I took off another day from work and for the second Friday in a row, the service tech cancelled the repair visit at around 9:30AM for the 10:00AM call. What a JOKE!!!!
