This is one of the best shows on tv. Its stupid but funny at the same time. Hopefully this show will last for a long time.
This is one of the best shows on network television. Alan Shore is played by James Spader and he is just soo witty and brilliant in that role. Denny Crane is played by William Shatner and even though I usually dont like him because he is a little too theactrical for my taste he is simply great in this rolse. He and James' banter between each other is great. This show is an instant classic.
Savvy students of English history, especially the Tudor-period reign of Henry VIII, know exactly where this saga is headed in its second season. As the Catholic church and Pope Paul III (Peter O'Toole) strive to take charge of the "great matter" of the king's annulment from Katherine of Aragon (Maria Doyle Kennedy), Henry (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) succeeds in having himself declared supreme head of the church and clergy of England. At home, Henry selects an obscure cleric (Hans Matheson) to be his personal chaplain, and an attempt is made on the life of Bishop Fisher (Bosco Hogan). Amid all this religious turmoil, a royally peeved Henry demands to know if his clergymen are loyal to him or whether their allegiances lie with the pope in Rome. Even Sir Thomas More (Jeremy Northam), whose fealty was unquestionable, sees the need to resign his post as chancellor and withdraw from public life. With More gone, Henry appoints lawyer Thomas Cromwell (James Frain) the new chancellor. Tired of waiting for a determination on his marital status, the king weds a pregnant Anne Boleyn (Natalie Dormer) in a secret ceremony. When word reaches the pope, he condemns Henry's behavior and threatens him with excommunication. In response, the king commands his subjects to swear an oath of "allegiance and recognition of the king's supremacy" to both church and state. A number of clerics and government officials refuse to accept such an order-among them More and Bishop Fisher, who are charged with treason and imprisoned. After Henry's womanizing ways are brought to the attention of Anne, she not only arranges for his next mistress, but gives her blessing to the illicit affair. It could be mere capitulation, or she could be sticking her neck out a bit too far.

Season 2 picks up right where Season 1 left off. I truly suggest if you liked movies like Elizabeth to watch this show. It has lies, betrayal, s**, etc. The costumes are amazing. This season was great.
I thought this was 2 hours of my life that I totally wasted not to mention the $20 I paid for it. The previews made it seem funny and witty but is quite the contrary. Dont waste your money or time.
Even though they left the great city of Miami for fake L.A. the show is still amazing. I never thought I would say this but Christian is the most normal character this season out of the entire cast. That statement alone should tell u that the fifth season is just bonkers. Must see!!
This cd is amazing . Every song can easily lift your spirit. My fave tracks are Glory and Honor; Jesus Reigns; He is Exalted, etc. If your a fan of Gospel pick this cd up.
Jodie Foster did really well in this movie. Her character was very believable. She ans her fiance were basically beaten in the park one night and the fiance died. So basically she is a vigilante that kills bad people and eventually going after the same people that beat her and he fiance. It also circle around a NY cop that is trying to track the killer down (Jodi) who is played by Terrence Howard. Terrence and Jodi end up becoming friends while Terrence has no idea that she is the killer. It all come to a head in the end. The picture is beautiful in HD. One of Foster;s best movies.
