disappointed in overall quality and craftmanship

As far as the picture quality and all the bells and whistles, it is as advertised. But the quality and craftsmanship of the cheap thin plastic mounting stand brackets and assembly, it leaves a lot to be desired. Two mounting screw holes stripped out with little or no pressure. Had to use a larger sheetmetal screw to make it fit. The overall structure of the tv mount is rather flimsy. "Not recommended for earthquake zones". Also, while exiting either youtube or Netflix, the tv freezes up. Happened two times in a week. Have to turn the entire tv off and then turn it back on and everthing seems fine. I honestly feel that Samsung is trying to cut too many corners with quality. One more thing is there is no "owners manual" as I think having a written manual is absolutely necessary !

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
