Smart hub problems

Bought this TV over black friday and turned it on Sunday (11/29/2015) to find that smart hub does not work. Tried several things I found on the internet (like changing DNS server to 8.8.8.8) and nothing worked. Finally called samsung service center and they mentioned that this is their problem and engineers are working to fix this issue. They asked me to try again in 24 hours.

Looks like this is a worldwide problem.
I would have rated this 1 star, but because I am hoping that Samsung will fix this issue, I gave it 2 stars. Ofcourse, I blew my whole morning on this problem and spent 45 mins on hold for a samsung representative.
Sound and picture quality is decent.
And I also purchased a UN48J5201 and it also has the same issue.
So, I wonder how some people got their smart hubs working!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
