90 Minute Wash Time and Clothes Not Clean

The poor reviews are true. Washer has difficulty with deoderant areas, collars and stains. Clothes need to be prewashed or pretreated before placing in this new washing machine. Most of clothing is office dress clothes. I would rather use a few more gallons of water and a little more electricity than spend an hour and a half waiting for the wash that I had to prewash to begin with.

HOW FULL OF WATER SHOULD IT BE
MY WASHER IS NOT OVER THE CLOTHES IS THAT OK MY OLD WASHER WOULD FILL WATER OVER BY 4 INCHES BUT THE NEW WASHER DOSE NOT IS THIS OK
This washer uses little water to conserve water use. Unfortunately with all the clothes agitating at the bottom quarter of the basket, the clothes has little room to move around. Less room to agitate means less room for the detergent to flow through. The poor washing result may not be ideal but the poor function is how the product is engineered. Less water use at the expense of a higher quality wash. I own this machine and have noticed that water cannot be manually increased.
