Comfortable but nuts stripped during assy

While assembling, two nutplates inside the seat cushion stripped loose from wood and bolts cannot be tightened. Working with vendor now for replacement seat cushion.
Chair is comfortable and seems to have pretty good construction (other than stripped nutplates).

What's great about it: Pretty comfortable
What's not so great: Broke during assembly

Great worry-free device

I needed a replacement for a non-USB backup power supply that was no longer working. This device was relatively inexpensive for its class. I was impressed how easy the setup was and the monitoring software was extremely intuitive. Since installation, I have noticed that it has taken over three times in 2 weeks (FL is known for its frequent storms and the power is not reliable at times) . I was pleased to see that it even took over when the outage was only 5 seconds. This sure helps with my router which does not handle short surges/outages very well.
What's great about it: Set up, medium price
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!
