Swiftly move your camera from a belt holder to shooting mode using this B-Grip BGHSQR Hand Strap Plus, which includes a quick-release adapter that is compatible with the B-Grip BGREVO camera belt holder system (not included).
This combined with B-grip's belt holster are among the best camera accessory purchases I've made as an amateur photographer. The strap is durable and has a non-slip feel to it. My only qualm is that I have small hands so fitted on the right-side-out, the strap didn't contour to my hands as it should, so I attached the strap wrong-side-out and it's comfortably snug and contoured well with the way my hand bends. I've not had to adjust the strap otherwise. It fits well into a multi-pocketed camera bag/pack. I don't use a tripod often but the quick release is compatible with the plate in your average tripod; no need to remove the hand strap while using a tripod because of this.
I've used it on many long hikes the past three years and for the most part it's comfortable just to have slung around the hand so you're ready to shoot with your camera any second. If you get the belt holster too, than you can bare the weight on your hips instead of on your neck for those long days out. The hand strap feels very secure; I don't feel at all worried holding my camera out over a ledge to get a downward shot over a cliff or into a valley, or out for the obligatory selfie. You (and your neck) too will love the switch to a hand strap.
