Do you sell a Male to Male USB Cable?

I need a male to male usb cable without the data tranfer software built into the cable.
Cables do not have any software built into them. You probably need software to transfer data to two pcs connected by m/m usb cable.

How to add ethernet ports? My computer is not a laptop.

If your computer has usb ports, get a Wifi usb dongle. If not, get a wifi card. If you do not have wifi, I strongly recommend starting by installing a wifi hub.

That's correct, you need a cable to go from your hdtv to your laptop. There are wifi adapters, too, if supported by both.

Does it come with an iPhone 9 Plus included?

No, Apple has not yet released the details for the iPhone 9. You will get a coupon good for an upgrade to Windows 10. however.
