I bought it because Lena Headey was in it. Period. Sort of wanted to like the film but it was essentially disappointing.

One of the few films on WWII that treats the subject with an effort toward accuracy & detail. The engagement with the Tiger was a memorable scene.

These films still hold their own. Will Smith & Tommy Lee Jones made a good pairing. Great special/visual effects. Still can't get the Post Office scene out of my head.

Big fan of Amanda Tapping and so had to have this series. Watched bits & pieces when it first aired but missed the majority. Great to see it without commercials. Very technically sophisticated production that will undoubtedly set the mark for future efforts of it's kind. Most episodes are genuinely interesting (good scripts & direction), some are duds. Supporting cast is worthy. Hated to see the Ashley character go (after she finally built up some cred) though the follow-on character had her own charm. Overall a very meritable effort, in my opinion. Shipping detail- first set was received damaged... contacted Best Buy and they had another out to me within 2 days. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Best Buy!
