Some facts you need to know about this headset:
* Has a 3.5mm jack which allows you to use most modern cell phone headsets
* Make sure your jack has 3 lines (see picture I included) this is for left audio, right audio, and your mic
* Includes a cable to convert the jack down to 2.5mm to use with 360, certain legacy console / phone headsets
* Game audio will feed to your headset in addition to chat (new feature and big draw for me)
* Has a 3.5mm jack which allows you to use most modern cell phone headsets
* Make sure your jack has 3 lines (see picture I included) this is for left audio, right audio, and your mic
* Includes a cable to convert the jack down to 2.5mm to use with 360, certain legacy console / phone headsets
* Game audio will feed to your headset in addition to chat (new feature and big draw for me)

What's great about it: Will allow you to use a cell phone headset and receive game audio via the headset.
What's not so great: Will not solve all legacy headset issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is not meant to be a solution for all legacy headsets. This is a great option for anyone looking to use a 3.5mm jack type headset which includes most modern cell phone headsets.
