This collection of Quiet Riot's American back catalogue is essential for the die hard and casual fan. But if you are expecting the reproduced Quiet Riot I artwork on the front cover of the box and the first cd, that is not what you will receive. The Rhoads Estate caught wind of this pressing and put a stop to any and all future pressings with the image of Randy Rhoads. The current artwork shows Kevin DuBrow in his 'Metal Health' mask and the QR disc with Paul Shortino on lead vocals has retained it's original album cover. I bought this collection for the music and not the artwork. That is why I am giving this two thumbs up!

People that don't like Frank Zappa love this album

Frank made a very musical statement with this almost all instrumental album. A forerunner to the 70's jazz/rock fusion sound, I would be willing to bet that Jeff Beck has a copy of this album in his collection.
Tony Iommi rises to the occasion and takes Sabbath into a whirlpool of some of his best riffs and lush orchestration. Ozzy once complained that Sabbath was beginning to become the Pink Floyd of Heavy Metal. It was heralded by one critic as being the best Sabbath record since Paranoid. Ozzy, I beg to differ.
This two-record set embodies the true energy of the classic line-up of the Blizzard of Ozz in a live concert setting in a vinyl format for you. If you still like to play records and are a big Ozzy/Rhoads fan, this purchase is a pre-requisette.
Released in 1987, 'Perfect Timing' comes as close to radio airplay for this incarnation of the MSG Group. Michael Schenker's guitar work rivals his peers #Jimmy Page, Ritchie Blackmore, Yngwie Malmsteen and Randy Rhoads# and Robin McCauley's vocals are second to only those of Jon Anderson #Yes#. Well written, catchy pop songs with enough kick butt element to entice the listener to bang their head in a very melodic way. Two big thumbs up! Rock Till Your Crazy!
A great album brimming with hard rockers reminiscent of Beatles, Led Zeppelin and the Kinks along with the wonderful ballads the band is famous for. Two big thumbs up! Rock All Night!!!
