the background blur rendered by this lens is second to none (maybe second only to the 200IS).
great value, sharp wide open.
razor-thin depth of field is great, and allows you to shoot in lower lighting conditions.
if you're tired of lugging around the heavy 70-200IS, give this one a try.

Canon EF 24–70mm f/2.8L II USM Standard Zoom Lens: Built to handle the demands of professional use, this lens is durable as well as dust- and water-resistant. Fluorine coatings on the front and rear surfaces keep smudges and fingerprints to a minimum.

sharpest 24-70 you'll ever own, hands down! the Tamron version does have the advantage of VC (equivalent to canon's IS), which helps shaky hands.
build quality feels solid (as expected from any L series lens), it's a bit lighter than the older 24-70L (though not by much).
overall a great performer and a must for any serious or professional photographer.

sharpest tele-zoom that you can get, period

sharpest 70-200 i've tried. the revised IS function allows me to get sharp images even at 1/50 (and my hands aren't the steadiest). if you only want the 2 best lenses for your canon dslr, this is #2 (1st is the 24-70).
only complaint is that it's pretty heavy and the weight will wear you down when you're shooting for extended period of time. it's a small price to pay for what you get out of it though!

best flash for your canon camera period

a big leap from its predecessor, the 580exii.
-the menus and custom functions are easily understood because of the dot-matrix display
-radio communication with other 600ex-rt's mean you won't have to resort to radio triggers to fire the flash off-camera. saves a lot of space in the camera bag as well as less batteries to carry around

smaller and lighter than the regular ipad, but retains the same features. easier to carry around, the larger screen (compared to an iphone/ipod touch) is a welcome improvement. if you think an iphone is too small and the ipad is too big, this is the right product for you

iPhone 5 features a 4" Retina display, the powerful A6 chip, an 8.0MP iSight camera with panorama, ultrafast wireless, iOS 6 and iCloud. Yet it's the thinnest, lightest iPhone ever.

Currently, this is the newest iteration of Canon's 5D series of cameras.
It's a great step up from the previous model (mark II). The High ISO performance has improved to about a stop or two, producing decent image quality even at ISO6400. Also improved is the focusing with a number of cross-type focusing points and faster AF. Silent mode (albeit a trade off for slower FPS) is near-silent.
