Died in about two years

Expected it to last more then two years but it died in about two years. Now I don't know what to get to replace

Not installing

I placed this device on one of my 1GB switches and it does not setup. I put it directly on my wifi switch it does not setup.
Very poor instructions, even the internal instruction links dont point to answers.
What is supposed to happen is when you plug it into your wifi router its supposed to setup on your network and then you can see it on your machine under networks. Nothing happens the white light on the device just blinks like crazy even way past the 10 minutes it says it needs to setup.
If the device cant connect right out of the box how do I rely on this device to hold critical data in the future? Also very poor directions no quality control on documentation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
