We had Best Buy deliver a new dryer and remove the old one. Super friendly and timely! They also recommended that we keep our old dryer vent and they would return the new one I bought for me as the one we had is better then the one we bought! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Just a few months in and so far so good. Not difficult to add the steam feature to a water supply. Took me a minute to figure out how to empty the lint trap but I do love that it seems to catch more then just the flat screen as I don't really see any lint outside by the external vent.
