exactly what i was looking for

Installed in a big rig with a double bunk sleeper. I am a truck driver i work and live in my truck, i was looking for clean bass to match my mids/highs which run off the head unit ( no amp) this was perfect. this sub braught life back into my music. If you are looking to compete in a bass competition do NOT show up with this sub, but if you are looking for a clean thump you can feel inside your vehicle without sacrificing your cargo area or your next meal this is the way to go. verry well built, strong aluminum case if i step on it, bump it, drop something on it, it might get a scratch on it but i am not worried about it being damaged.

What units fit a Pontiac Solstice?

I am no expert but i believe just about any unit you choose will fit. there are install kits for all vehicle makes that are designed to make it fit. When you choose a unit ask if you will need an install kit for your vehicle. You can also check crutchfield web site to see which stereos they recomend for your specific vehicle then you will have a reference as to what you are looking for when you go to best buy
