This mind-bending release from the psych-horror anime series Deadman Wonderland includes all 12 episodes of the show, following the story of a high school boy who is unjustly jailed for the murder of his class in a prison system that fits him with a collar constantly injecting him with poison. The poison can be neutralized if he can take regular doses of the antidote often enough, though these can only be obtained through prison work.

This is just a beautiful movie. Awesome visual effects and captivating musical score. It requires repeated viewings to take everything in. Some may find it boring because there are times where there is no dialogue, but that's why I completely love it, a very different movie experience.
If you are looking for a typical movie like most films out there, this may not be for you. But if you want something different, something that draws you in for a visually stunning ride, then pick up this movie
What's great about it: Great perfomances, special effects & score, very memorable music
Don't buy it for the digital copy if you use a MAC
By63303fromMissouri
Best Buy "exclusive" with digital copy has a digital copy that is only compatible with CinemaNow devices. So if you would like to transfer this to a device made by the little known company, Apple, you will find that you cannot. The explanation why this is the case is because the DRM used is the most secure type and is only compatible with Windows (insert secure/windows rhetoric here), not to mention that it is the one preferred by their content licensors. C'mon BestBuy! Why is it that the movie is available on the iTunes store? Did it occur to you that people may want to watch content on the millions of iPads, iPhones and iPods out there? The very products that you want to cash in on by selling?

The EXCLUSIVE is the STEELBOOK case!!!
December 22, 2010
Hey Jack,
The exclusive here is the collectible STEELBOOK (metal case) that comes with the movie, not the stupid digital copy.
It makes sense too giving it 1 out of 5 stars just for the digital copy, when the movie and the STEELBOOK are much more important than that.
