DO NOT buy this product! Multiple defects!

have a Samsung french door. DO NOT purchase a fridge from Samsung! 1 year and 2 days after purchase, we got dramatic ice build-up in and under the crisper drawers. Samsung (after a rather dramatic phone call with my husband) reluctantly agreed to fix it. 3 months after the "fix" it occurred again. This time Samsung refused to take responsibility for it. We paid $300 for a repair man to come and fix it. He showed up and said he couldn't make the repair because the fridge needed to be defrosted first. So nice of them to tell us that when we made the appointment! So ANOTHER day had to be taken off of work, for him to come back and fix it. He said that the first problem was a drain line that was too short (resulting in water build-up) and that the second time there was a seal that had been cracked (BY ICE FROM THE FIRST PROBLEM). So Samsung sold a defective product, and then refused to fix a problem caused by the defect.
We thought two weeks ago we were in the clear, but...today there is MORE ice build up in the crisper drawers and under them. I've never been so upset with a purchase in my life! And this "top of the line" model is not even two years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung Online Reviews?
Has anyone purchased this model? I need to replace a Samsung RF217Awcpww on which the freezer handles broke after the freezer compartment froze shut after less than a year. I cannot find any retailers that carry this product and am very hesitant to buy Samsung again. However this is the only french door model that fits my space. Would appreciate any feedback.
Not worth it!!!! We've had multiple defects at less than 2 years old, and Samsung refuses to pay.
