overall the design is well fair but to not add a free game like to pick between birthright or conquest is sad Nintendo really drop the ball. Even a voucher of sort to get the other game free if you have purchase a physical copy of one of the two and get the other game free by getting this 3DS would have been fine but no incentive wow.

I love this game but i would gave it a 9/10 because it is a pain to level up on three different paths other than that it was awesome you have 3 different outcomes and it feels like a pokemon game but better in that you can only have one set of characters in 2 of the three games and some in all three paths. Which ever path you choose to follow has major impact in what happens from start to finish. Play birthright then conquest and revelation in order to get the full experience in my opinion.
A young man aimlessly wanders a bustling town at the foot of an endless sea of trees — a vastness that seems to match the looming waves of emptiness in his memory. With only his name to guide him, Adol Christin has no choice but to search the town of Casnan for clues to his identity and any light to shine into the blackness of his past. A thief who claims to have known him joins his ranks, and together they help rescue doomed miners from a collapse — an act of bravery that catches the eye of the Romun Army general in town. Perhaps this pair may succeed where others have failed, so they are enlisted to explore the infinite sea of trees and map the expanses of Celceta — a task from which no others have returned alive. As he struggles to regain his memories, alone in this strange, uncharted and seemingly endless frontier, Adol must decide whom he can trust and whose motives lay only in deception. You are Adol Christin. Be apart of the fourth installment of the Japanese Ys series as it makes its North American debut. The story is changed and reframed, with a new approach that emphasizes the tension of conspiracy, deception and mystery. Explore never-before-seen locales in the Ys universe in the biggest overworld in the series' history as you navigate a robust mapping system that is your only way through this mysterious land. Form an adventure party with the battle party system from Ys Seven with a host of upgrades, such as fully configurable party AI, unique abilities that aid in exploration as well as combat and flash-guarding. Boss Rush mode makes a comeback, testing your skills against formidable foes. Feeling lucky? Take on the challenge of full-on party combat to keep the action coming after the main story has ended. An uncharted frontier, unseen dangers and a murky past — Memories of Celceta defines adventure in ways you won't soon forget.
I do not buy a lot of vita games because some of them well are not that great to me i prefer mostly RPG games but this game which is part of the ys series which i started playing ys 1 and 2 got me into buying this one and the graphics are amazing and the story and quests make it worth paying full price for it. I usually would not pay full price due to some games not being worth the retail price of $ 39.99. I would also recommend playing Tales of Heart R and Trails of cold Steel that recently came out. This is a must have RPG in my opinion if your a RPG fan or gamer.
