High pitched noise

Love everything about the fridge except the high pitched noise it emits. It is emitted constantly and drowns out the TV. I called Frigidaire and they said that it is "operating properly." I will contact Best Buy about returning this fridge as I have 30 days to do so. I have owned the fridge less than a week. I am disappointed about the customer service rep's response.
