When I moved my gaming rig downstairs permanently I realized I didn't want to run ethernet cable all through my house to connect to the router & needed a 5Ghz wifi adapter. I knew I'd be going with Linksys (Netgear just plain sucks IMO). I ran to the local BB & found they had only one of this adapter left but had a few different Netgear models. I immediately grabbed this one as I have never had any issues with Linksys hardware.
The speeds are great with this adapter. I get the same ping as when I was directly plugged into my router/modem. No issues, problems or complaints thus far.

I purchased this to use while playing games on my laptop & gaming desktop. Thus far it's done it's job really well. It doesn't feel as hefty as an official Xbox controller but doesn't feel completely cheap either. The custom colors is a cool touch. Not bad for the sale price I got it for ($14.99).

This is my 2nd pair of a Logitech 7.1 surround sound headset. Back in 2010 I broke that pair while packing them around in a bag with my gaming laptop. I purchased this pair for my gaming PC that I have put together. These are amazing. I'm currently using the included USB connector & am not experiencing the interference that some reviews talk about. This headset is perfect for gaming as I can play a FPS online & hear when & from what direction other players are coming from. It definitely gives me an advantage in that respect. For the sub-$100 price (and probably even more expensive range) I don't think you'll find a better headset.

I had to return an HP due to it BSOD'ing & was looking at this or a Samsung. Decided on this since it was in stock.
The laptop is pretty fast, an SSD would make it faster (more on this later) but it outperforms the HP I exchanged for this laptop. This comes with 12GB of RAM expandable to 16gb and has a 940mx GPU.
After taking the bottom panel off to look for the RAM slot (didn't see it so more digging later) I noticed this laptop has a SSD slot to throw an SSD in the system as well as its 2TB slowwwww 5400 RPM HDD. So my next purchase will be a SSD.
For anyone wanting to take the bottom off this laptop it takes a T5 bit. Pick up the Best Buy precision kit they sell or if they are sold out like the store here was go get are precision kit from a hardware store but make sure it includes a T5.
If you believe the laptop is slow switch it from Balanced mode to Performance mode in the advanced power options in Windows 10. Like I said the HDD is the bottle neck not the other components.

Damon, I use a SanDisk SSD in my desktop PC. It was free so I can't complain. Obviously the Samsung drives are the best. The computer actually has a slot for a M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 slot for a more high end SSD. So in order to keep the factory 2TB HDD I'll be throwing one of those NVMe SSDs in next, copying the OS to the SSD & leaving the 5400rpm HDD in as a data holder until I can upgrade it to maybe atleast a 7200 or wait for a reasonably priced SATA SSD that is 2TB or there about. Right now the 2TB SSDs are just ridiculously priced when I'm looking to put a 1080 Ti in my gaming rig and invest in VR.
As for the bad experience with this laptop that Roman posted, I have yet to have any such issues. Though contacting ASUS support to figure out what the specs were for the SSD slot on the board was not good...they tried to tell me it was DDR4 (which is the RAM not the SSD slot) so they were clueless as far as that goes. However, that is typical Tier 1 tech support...just the basics...most of my electronics are now ASUS except my gaming rig I built myself.

just bought my Max 360 couple of days ago. These 2 days I drove a lot around the city.....numerous police cars crossed me from opposite direction, the well equipped ones, traffic ones,....not one alarm signal from my detector. Broken?....NO, I own before several radar detectors, including so acclaimed 8500, 9500 ix.....they all went back to the store after 1-2 weeks. I start to wander who writes all these exceptional reviews cause I use to read a lot before buying a product and that's how I ended up giving escort another chance. Everyone talks about how great these late ones are eliminating false alarms...and I agree with that, or how it tells you that you're driving over speed limit...thanks...I know that already. BUT HOW MANY REVIEWS TELL YOU HOW YOUR DETECTOR DETECTS POLICE CARS THAT CAN GET YOU AND GIVE YOU A TICKET..... cause in only 2 days I could've get at least 5-6 tickets if I was to only trust the very fine Max 360 I own.
I need a detector cause I constantly drive fast and I got too many speeding tickets over the years, last one 3 month ago in Canada using a friend's Valentine detector..... I'm giving up searching for a detector, either their technology is intentionally left behind police's, or else.
My Max 360 is going back to the store. Ah, by the way....minutes ago I was trying to register my product with Escort so maybe I can benefit from that firmware update the reviews are talking,,,,guess what?...the registering page just won't work,,it keeps saying incorrect username/ password without giving you details. I am a computer savvy, usually I figure stuff out, not this one, I called the number on the screen just to find out no one available.... Escort, you need a revolution and products up to date. .....and you ,,Happy oners'' enjoy further your great Max 360 being so quiet in town and elswere...so quiet that won't detect the main reason it was created for....police cars that can get you.
I still hope I may get back with better feed back in a week or two but i'm already skeptical.

Just because it didn't go off doesn't mean it's not working. This is not a police vehicle detector it is a radar detector. I have had a 9500 ix for many years now & never gotten a ticket...I pass police vehicles that it will never go off (BECAUSE THEY AREN'T RUNNING RADAR)...get informed about the product & what it does before slamming it.
I have also owned a Valentine 1, 8500 and numerous other Escort detectors. Never a problem out of any of these high end detectors...

Is this keyboard really backlit? I bought one and mine isn't, but I want to know if other people's are before I exchange it for a new one.
