Damaged product - Poor Best Buy policy

While this unit runs as expected, Best Buy was totally unhelpful when it came to replacing the damaged product. It weighs 94 pounds - too difficult to bring in. I am able to ship it back at my own expense and then order another at the current price. No exchanges, just return and repurchase. Frigidaire swaps it out for them, so why does Best Buy make such a big deal out of it. I would purchase this unit, but not from Best Buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
