Works, Limited range. Using with Xbox Controller S

I've been using this thing off and on for about a year now. Its good for streaming music off your phone to your PC and in turn PC's speakers. Works well transfering files to and from mobile devices. Works like you'd expect a universal Bluetooth receiver to work. I recently have been using it with the Xbox controller S, which is officially the only Microsoft brand Xbox controller with built in Bluetooth support.
The dongle itself works just fine with Windows 10. Windows will even automatically update the driver for you after plugging it in and hitting the update button. The range on it is very limited so be aware of that. I plugged it into the back side of my computer about 6 feet away from me and because I didn't have good line of sight it was hit and miss with keeping a stable connection. Luckily I have a USB pass-through on my keyboard which is right in front of me and putting it in there keeps the connection stable. If you plan to use this product make sure you have good line of sight to the dongle. Buying a USB extension cord would help this problem if your computer didn't have front side USB 2.0/3.0 ports. My only other issue with this product is that it's way too expensive. If you can find another 4.0 Bluetooth adapter somewhere else at a cheaper price do that instead.

Wowzy

The blue is very pronounced and bluey(?). The fan is quiet and looks just incredible. The added noise reduction cable is a very nice touch. And the rubber pads built into the fans ensures they're never the cause of rattling.

Not what I expected

Normally when I see "IPS" advertised I think.. "Great viewing angles, darker blacks, brighter whites. And although this is the case with this monitor, compared to other IPS displays I've used it falls short. Surprisingly short. Me and my fiance did our best to adjust the color and brightness gamut for at least an hour and a half and couldn't figure out why this particular IPS display was so dull in terms of the brightness and color recreation. Its not a 'bad' panel. But if you're playing immersive games or a photo / video editor I'd stay away from this screen.
The screen also had a little ghosting and pixel flicker when manipulating photo's and wasn't as sharp as we were expecting (we know the PPI isn't ideal but our 37 inch 1080p TV at the same viewing distance appears sharper. Something is wrong here).
Definitely returning this panel.

Is that compatible with Apple Wireless Mouse?

This only officially supports 7, 8 and 8.1. Works with 10 as well from personal experience. The short answer is I doubt it would be compatible with OSX.

is it compatible with desktop vista 32

Windows 10 seems to work with it as well from personal experience. There's a decently good chance you could get it working with Vista as that OS is similar to 7. You'd be taking a chance though.

is this compatible with tv

Doubtful. If a TV does not already support Bluetooth out of the box, installing a driver for a 3rd party dongle is unlikely.
