Where do I start...

The monitoring keeps losing sound, losing picture, telling me I'm out of range only 20ft away, and the area it monitors is extremely small. The picture quality is terrible. It has a zoom in feature but I already can't tell what I'm looking at, zooming in only makes it worse, especially in dim light. I'm so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
