This Samsung showcase refrigerator is just supreme. I had originally ordered a Whirlpool side-by-side with NO dispensers in the door, as those are prone to malfunctions, etc. But I realized that my small kitchen really needed a counter-depth fridge, and when the Best Buy salesman showed me this showcase model on the floor . . . that's all she wrote. With the sale price at the time, this beauty was only about $400 more than more basic, quality side-by-sides, so I went for it.
And I am so glad! The outer / showcase door is a brilliant design stroke and makes getting drinks and other often-used items a cinch; there are even two frequent-use drawers! Then, when you want to get to deeper storage or less frequently accessed items, just open the inner door. The only drawback here is that the 2 doors together weigh quite a bit more than a standard door and sometimes you have to take care not to just let it slam shut.
Although this is a counter-depth fridge, there doesn't seem to be any loss of storage space -- very generous, many drawers on both fridge and freezer sides, etc. The lack of attached handles also buys you more space (and nothing to get loose later). So far, the icemaker and door dispensers have worked like a charm. Another bonus is that the stainless surfaces resist marks and are easy to keep clean. Finally, this is one QUIET fridge; except for the occasional icemaker sound . . . you'd never know it was on.
Right now (Memorial Day weekend 2015) this fridge is on sale for even less than I paid -- BUY ONE NOW would be my heartfelt recommendation!

Super quiet, great-looking, inexpensive to run

I LOVE how this dishwasher is so sleek and low-key; even the inside is sleek! It is almost eerily quiet when running -- but there's that cool little circle of red light on the floor to tell you it's on. I've mostly just run the Auto cycle, and figured out that also choosing "Extra Shine" ran the heating element longer and got all but my storage plastic perfectly dry. I also love being able to delay-start so that everything runs and dries while I'm at work, etc.
The interior is very spacious; no wasted space, either. My one complaint is the way the racks are organized and set so close to each other. If you are washing 8 complete place settings all the time, probably fine. But I always need to wash a motley assortment of bowls, plates, containers, etc. -- and that can be a challenge to load well or properly. But other than that, this is a perfect dishwasher.

Coordinate meals for holidays and other large gatherings using this LG electric convection range, which features a 2.3 cu. ft. upper oven with an Infrared Grill system and a 4.4 cu. ft. lower oven that let you prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. Simply choose the settings you want using the IntuiTouch keypad controls, and monitor food while it cooks without letting heat escape thanks to the GoCook oven light and WideView window. EasyClean technology loosens anything that accidentally gets spilled in the oven in approximately 20 minutes to simplify cleanup.

This range is packed with features and works great. If you are OK with an electric cooktop, I would definitely recommend that you spend a bit more and buy this oven.
I got this stove on loan from Best Buy (long story) and used it for about 2 months. With just a wee bit of starter help from the instruction manual, I found that the control panel was incredibly easy and intuitive to use -- a rarity these days. The range of options just for the burners (like specifying pan size on the larger ones) is amazing, and they are super quick and responsive to any changes you make (within the limits of an electric cooktop). Another nice feature is the "Hot Surface" message that will display for any burner until it cools off.
The timer and alert controls are superior on this range. You are alerted when pre-heating is done, when your timed cooking is over, etc. -- and the beeps are both loud enough and last long enough for you to respond from the living room, etc. (I finally got my dual-fuel double oven a few weeks ago and its timers are not nearly as great as with this LG.)
The double oven is also a fantastic feature to have. For instance, for Easter I was able to roast the lamb at one temp / time and then pop in asparagus in the upper oven at a different temp / time -- and then have both be ready at the same time: Awesome! I will say that I could not discern any real difference in time or cooking results with the convection feature (lower oven only), but I only tried it once, so take that with a grain.
With the proper cleaning regimen (get CeramaBryte, not the Weiman's that LG provides you a trial package of), the cooktop stays looking like new, too.
Bottom line: If you are OK with an electric cooktop, this is the range to get!
