An excellent TV for its price

The video quality is excellent and dark level is very good. I paid $379, and it has four HDMI (two of them support 4K at 60p, all these specs labeled), , USB3.0, 3.5mm audio out, ATSC tuner (unlike Vizio), smart TV features. The design also looks nice and it is much lighter than my Panasonic Plazma. The only complain I have is for them to list this model on their USA website and provide user manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a week ago. Yesterday it wouldn't turn on. I got it to work by pressing volume up then power. Maybe a fluke I thought. Fast forward today. Tablet was on, functional & charged. I brought it downstairs, and now it is completely dead. I tried all buttons to try to bring it back to life. Am I just unlucky & the only one to get a lemon? Sorry, but these shouldn't die after a week.....

My product ID is NTL6FAA0044430250B4C00, despite I am very gentle, this thing won't turn on after using it 4-5 times, also I want to mention that the plug is extremely difficult to insert into the device, and difficult to unplug.
Avoid this one at all cost!
