Ten dollars cheaper than the Samsung branded fast-charging pad this unit clones. Works great with my S8 Plus, even while the phone's case is on.

I purchased this on a whim at the local Best Buy. I wanted a slim profile PC that I could place horizontally in my A/V tower that would allow me to stream HD movies on my 60 inch Samsung TV and use music streaming services without having to use a remote control or Xbox One controller to navigate the interfaces these services use in apps on the Xbox One. Using a wireless mouse and keyboard is far easier.
The PC tower looks like another one of my audio components on the shelf. I connected the PC to my Marantz SR5010 receiver's HDMI input which handles both the video and audio for this computer. The PC instantly recognized the Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse antenna plugged into one of the front USB ports. Initial set up of Windows 10 Home was quick and easy. After a few tweaks to the video settings to adjust the display aspect ratio and resolution to optimally match my TV, I'm pleased to be watching an Amazon Prime movie while simultaneously writing this review.
Great value for the money! Very pleased.

After investigating the cost to build a similarly spec'd PC (before purchasing Windows OS) it made sense to buy this computer at this price. I purchased this gaming PC for my 12 year old son.
In addition to the CPU, it includes a wired keyboard and wired mouse. The CPU case looks great with the blue LED lighting. Be sure to use the included software to perform device driver updates on everything. Doing so fixed the slow wireless LAN card problem. Before installing the driver updates, the wireless LAN card was only allowing about 1 mbps download speeds. After the updates, it was allowing the full 30 mbps download speeds we pay for.
This computer came installed with Windows 10 Home Edition. Be sure to update windows right away. This will prevent Steam gaming client from freezing up the computer. After doing so, we installed Call of Duty Black Ops II and it plays great without any lag.
So far, my son and I enjoy everything about this computer. There is a lot of room in the case to add additional upgrades and peripherals.

I was looking for a bare bones Blu-ray disc player under $100 and purchased the BD-J5100 based on positive reviews. Setup involved little more than connecting the player via HDMI to my TV and following the initial onscreen setup menu prompts. I also went into the settings to set the native resolution to 720p (for my older Samsung plasma TV). This player lacks WIFI capability, but can be connected to the internet via Ethernet cable. Since I did not need to use this player as a streaming device, I will probably never use the internet features. As previous reviews have stated, this player does not have any display or indicator lights, making it impossible to tell whether the player is powered on or off without the TV being on as well. I don't mind this at all since there's no additional light source to distract from the picture on the TV screen. The player is slim, small and lightweight. Blu-ray movies look great. There is no noise from the spinning disc inside the player (so far.) The remote that comes with the player is simple. The top four buttons [Source, Power on/off, Vol + and Vol -] in the upper-right hand corner are dedicated to operating Samsung brand TVs. I don't think they can be programmed to operate other brands.
I'm impressed with the quick load time for Blu-ray discs. (about 15 - 20 seconds). If you're looking for a simple, no-frills Blu-ray player for under $100, I would certainly recommend this as an option.

Is there a way to connect wirelessly?
Is there anything you can buy to establish wireless connectivity with this player?
This player cannot be connected via WIFI. It must be connected via Ethernet. This player does not support networks 10Mbps or less, according to the owner manual.
