Tech support was helpful but it took nearly 1.6 hours for them to a)find my code after attempting to redeem it 3 days after purchase. I was transferred to their "account management" line and they said they saw "my purchase but needed to find someone in tech support who could work with me in redeeming this code/getting the service I paid for." Kind of ridiculous it took me almost 2 hours just to get someone on the line who could start the service I had purchased. It would've been better if I just went to the store and left my computer with them like I had the last time. As others have said above, if you have the time and patience to wait around on the phone for 1-2 hours, then this is a worthy service but my time is valuable to me and there are other things I'd rather be doing than waiting around to redeem a purchase I'd already completed days ago.
