Aegis Series offers a protection level similar to the Cyclops, but in an inverted design. Aegis cases features an inner-layer of shock-absorbing silicone with an outer-layer of hardened polycarbonate. This makes the case easier to slide in and out of pants pockets.

Do not waste your money this case is not made for a nexus 7 I have no clue why it says it is. I'm hoping the two bad reviews will have them change this I'm definitely returning it. Very angry that I wasted my money and waited two weeks for this.
