Got this on 11/29/2014 and after 4 days when my daughter opened the case in her class she saw the crack in her IPAD display. iPad was setup correctly per instruction and was snugly fit. Called their support and nothing they can do! I will take the IPad to Apple during the holiday break and if they charge me, then ZAGG should shoulder the cost, right?
