Samsung is absolute trash

My new Samsung tv got a bad pixel.....they sent a tech twice then replaced the panel...but guess what the panel is NOT THE SAME...it is a cheap piece of trash with horrible artifacts and background noise. It looks like a 2010 Element tv now, that is how they afford it the replacement panels are GARBAGE. Then they claim it's the same panel and will not replace the tv. So now I am stuck with this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Quality and Horrible Tech Support

My new UN60J6200AFXZA got a bad pixel so they sent a tech..twice..then replaced the panel...but guess what the panel is NOT THE SAME...it is a cheap piece of junk with horrible artifacts and background noise.
