Remote Control
on December 7, 2014
Posted by: WHYDOINEEDANICKNAME
The remote control does not have the very essential button - FAV. CH (favorite channels). It's easy to store the favorite channels, but how am I supposed to flick thru the favorite channels?
My old Samsung TV's remote has the said button, and fortunately the remote works with the new TV, so I use it instead of the new remote. I don't understand why the designer decided to eliminate such an important button on the remote! It should have never been taken out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Weak User Manual
on December 6, 2014
Posted by: WHYDOINEEDANICKNAME
I was little disappointed by the lack of information on the user's manual. For example, it does not clearly depict how to use the folding tray in the refrigerator. It was firmly stuck on a plastic latch and I couldn't figure out how to detach it. I was afraid that if I had used too much of force, I could have broken the piece or crack the tray. It would have been nice if it was little easier to lift the tray. Another missing information is how to utilize the moisture control vents on the produce containers in the refrigerator. There is no description on the manual how these vents affect the vegetables stored in the container. Then my close attention revealed that these boxes are not actually sealed tightly; there are big gaps so the vent controls are just a cheap gimmick. While the Flex-zone drawer with temperature control might be useful, I find its primary function to be similar to a freezer. With that and the huge freezer, the refrigerator space seems to be proportionally small, especially because the ice maker and the dispenser take up its space. Overall, I think it is a good product, but for what it is, it is priced too high.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
