I know the phone's fine because I have one for work, but buying a refurbished one from best buy is pointless because they don't come with sim cards and as I learned by wasting my time running to sprint stores they can't be bought anymore. Had this thing overnighted because I needed it quickly, now I'm back to square one and waste time returning this thing.

Pros: Beautiful screen image, great battery life, takes great photos and video.

I was relatively happy with it for the first four months (I found a work around for the car Bluetooth problem#, but for the past month it's been having seriously problems doing relatively simple things. I have to run Clean Master #an app# and/or restart it 3 or 4 times a day or it has problems opening videos on youtube, showing photos on social media sites, etc. I've seriously considered going back to my Galaxy S3, but it was slowing down #it was about 2 years old) and had terrible battery life. So I guess I'm stuck until my contract expires and I can get an S7...

Pros:
1. Maybe it's because my previous microwave was dated, but I really love how this looks in our kitchen.
2. It was relatively easy to install, meaning the steps were simple enough but it was a time consuming process. I have no regrets installing it myself and saving the $119 though.
3. It operates quietly and warms things up evenly/well.

Package was missing a filter and best buy was next to no help in getting a replacement (I had already installed it by the time I realized I was short; their initial suggestion was that I take it off of the wall, re-pack it and bring it in for an exchange. When I balked they insisted I drive back to the store in person and buy a new one. I ended up ordering one online from another vendor).
2. The buttons don't work well, we are constantly pressing them then re-pressing or pressing with an unusual amount of force them to get them to work.

But it's gone "Offline" 3 times in the past year, once at an extremely inconvenient time. I've tried 3 different fixes, hopefully the third time is a charm, but I'm not confident. At this point I wish I'd bought something else.

I use it in...:Apartment
We have a medium sized apartment and our router and roku player are on opposite ends. I bought this hoping it would resolve the contstant problems we had with the signal dropping. I didn't have as easy of a time as everyone else seems to have, I followed both sets of instructions and still couldn't get it to work. I was planning to return it, but had it plugged in/turned on and went online for something else. When I did, it took me to a netgear page which allowed me to set it up. All in all I've been very happy with it.
What's great about it: Went from 1 to 5 bars in the living room
What's not so great: Setup instructions didn't work
I would recommend this to a friend!
