This HDMI cable works great! I would recommend this cable length if you are tucking your cables so that you have extra wire to work with.

What does the audio outlet look like and where I it? I have a Panasonic tv.
All TV's have the audio jack placed at different locations. Usually the audio jack will be near the RCA jacks with a picture of headphones. Please refer to the photo example I found on Google.

How do I know if my tv is compatible with this?
I have 32 inch Toshiba.
Your Toshiba should fit because this 3-in-1 goes up to 65". I would recommend purchasing a smaller stand because your TV will look so small on this one and it'll be cheaper.
