I just called for Geek Squad support and was transferred to 6 (six!) different people who were unable to help me before I hung up in frustration. The first 4 were foreign and I could not understand them. They kept transferring me to the wrong departments and to staff that were unable to answer my questions and solve my problem. I will never purchase a protection plan from Best Buy again because you can't even get someone to help when you call in to customer service. The protection plan is worthless and just a waste of money if you cannot use it when needed.
