Perfect price for my needs

I walked into Best Buy and said "I want cheap speakers that plug into a headphone jack that will work for a mini-DVD player and a mini-netbook." This was the box they handed me, and it was perfect! I just needed to enhance the sound on things that had really quiet speakers, and these get the job done. It's not the speakers for an immersive experience; the sound can get a little tinny if up high. But just to be able to hear your netbook or play your iPod without headphones, it works perfectly. Easy to set up, light in weight. The only downside is that the two cords can easily get tangled together if you throw them in a bag; it would be nice if they had some place to wind around or some sort of cord holder. Would recommend for anyone who needs a cheap solution for sound, and, if they happen to die (no problems so far though!), you don't feel like you wasted a ton of money on them.
What's great about it: Easy set-up, portable, great price
What's not so great: Cords can get tangled if not careful
I would recommend this to a friend!

Handy, mostly

For the most part, this little gadget is pretty handy. It's easy to find the frequency using the little button, and the sound is usually pretty good. It does sometimes sound a little hollow compared to listening to a CD, and I've found that I usually have to turn the volume up higher than I would with a CD, but it's still pretty clear. The cord is a great length, letting you put the iPod on your dashboard or on the passenger seat. The only bad thing that I've found is that it tends to get static interference, especially in the city. I've found that it gets the most when stopped in one place, such as for red lights. Overall, if you are looking for something to play your iPod with in the car, this is a great little product, easy to store, easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, pretty good sound, geat cord length
What's not so great: Static
I would recommend this to a friend!
