Bought this a few months ago for my new Epson 3020e. I must admit, the instructions were a bit confusing but, manageable. Took a few minutes to connect everything together but, it all went as planned. The plastic covers (two different colors) are a little flimsy but, they are made to snap into place. Mine did with little trouble. Once it was mounted (I installed additional blocking in the ceiling for mine. My choice), all I had to do was adjust the mounts to center the projector. Took a bit of doing but, got everything set in about 20 minutes. I haven't had a single problem with it in the 2 months it has been up. The locking mechanism is a great system. Loosen a few thumb screws and the projector comes right off. Buying a second one so I can easily relocate the projector downstairs...and since my projector is wireless, this is a good bracket to have.

Ok...I was a skeptic.
Having never even seen one of these projectors, I was taking my time looking at them. Decided this 3020e was my best bet and was I ever point on. Like I said, never been near one and yet, it took me less than an hour from delivery to watching Avatar 3D. Couldn't have been easier.
Plug and play. Of course, I have not had time to play with the settings but hey, why should I. This looks great out of the box and the 3D effects are amazing. Haven't connected the wireless system yet as I have cables for everything. The only thing that took any amount of time was finding the menu to flip the image (ceiling mounted) but once found, nailed it the first time with no problems. Looking forward to another in the near future...maybe the 5030Ube.

Bought this screen a few weeks ago and just today installed it. Installed it in about 30 minutes by myself. Not a hard installation at all. Screen is heavy but built solid.
Have read reviews about how slow this screen is. I am actually impressed how deliberate the operation is, how quiet the motor is and how simple the operation is. A very nice unit.
