This speaker is amazing.
Quality of cabinet. The biggest question, is front cover on or off.

Good Straight up Blu Ray Player

It plays Blu Rays.
The streaming features are lethargic and icky, if you need something to stream off of, pass on this unit. I have tried numerous other devices Roku, Apple TV, etc... they are all better.
My Best Buy number: 548553471
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't everything you need

There are units that do more, but more is silly.
7.1/2 9.1/2 is a waste. There isn't content that really makes it worth the while. Buy the fancier units if it makes you happy, but you are wasting your money.
I've got this unit driving 2 Design Acoustic studio monitor speakers I bought fresh out of college in 1980, a center speaker, 2 polk ceiling mount speakers and a homemade duel voice coil 15" subwoffer with a 200 watt RMS panel amp.
I'd put my setup against 2k - 3k systems anywhere
I would recommend this to a friend!

Blu-ray player with RCA Video ouput for sale
I need find out the model number of a Blu-ray with wifi that is sold with an RCA Video Output.
That would defeat the purpose of it being a blu ray player.

Can wireless speakers be used or do speakers have to be connected to unit?
Yes you could use wireless speakers.... however you would have to have a sending unit to go from the amp to the speakers.
