When building on a budget, the EVGA 600W 80 PLUS is a great choice at a low cost. Supporting 49A on a single +12V rail provides more options without having to reduce your component requirements. The only complaint I have was that there wasn't any instructions that were plain for me, so I had to match up some of the connectors. Other than that, it's a great unit, a lot of extra wires for future upgrades if needed.

I upgraded from the GeForce GT 630. This was my first upgrade to a desktop I've had for about 4 years now. With the upgraded power supply and graphics card, the desktop runs quieter and can actually play games like Rollercoaster Tycoon 3, Grand Theft Auto V, and Cities Skylines without having to have everything set to minimum and watch the FPS still be around 10. I've maxed all the settings out on The Division which I got for free, and the game looks beautiful. The other games I've got, I've maxed everything (except GTAV, haven't played it yet) and what a difference the games look like. I wanted to spend $200 on a GTX 960 but decided to bump to the 970, and I'm glad I did.

Can I put 2 of these cards together in the same on the same mother board andd do I want to?
If you've got 2 free PCI Express slots, yes. They're SLI so they can be connected. If you have 2 of these, you'd have 8GB GPU and therefore you wouldn't need to upgrade GPU for many years, LOL!

what kind of power source is recommended for this graphics card
500W minimum is recommended.

I have a Dell XPS 8300 - Core i7 2600 3.4 GHz - AMD Radeon HD 6450. Question: will this card fit ?
You would need to go to this product's specifications and do some measuring to determine that. Right off the bat though I can see that the specs for that PC comes with a 460W power supply unit (PSU) and the card has a recommended 500W PSU. I upgraded my desktop from a 300W to a 600W. The benefit I had was that it's gotten quieter.
