This Samsung is the best gas range we have ever had! I read all the reviews prior to purchase and we are so impressed with this gas range. I made a pumpkin pie recently and usually the center is still wet. My husband tested the center of the pie with a knife and it came out clean! That's a first for us. Thank you Samsung and to Best Buy for carrying this fabulous stove.

what is the material of the sides of the free standing stainless steel range
I just checked the sides of my stove. They are black. It slides into the space provided for a stove. Only the front is stainless steel.

Does it have drip trays? If not how do you clean under grate & is it hard to keep clean?
Drip trays? No. The top is one piece of black enamel, the burner grates are individual cast iron and lift off. They clean easily with soap and water.
The stove is easy to clean. I use 1/2 tsp of Dawn liquid in an 8oz spritzer bottle of water. It takes off any spills and leaves a shine.

does delivery person set up gas stove

Yes, the delivery person set up the stove. There were two men who unpacked the stove from the truck and then brought it into the kitchen. One did all the gas hook up needs. They were professional, and very prepared for the installation. This is the best gas range I have ever had!
