Bought it 2 times, and both times it was trash

First buy: The GPU was broken and refused to work. Sometimes it would start normally, and other times it wouldn't. After successfully booting it up, I tried to install the latest graphics drivers, but after installing, the device manager sad that the GPU had an error and was not working. The computer also restarted a couple of times, and after a while, there would be no signal at all.
Second buy: The CPU fan wasn't running, so therefore, the CPU would overheat and the computer would turn off.
If I could rate this product zero, or a negative amount of stars, then I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
